Same-day service is often available for repairs and smaller installations. For larger projects like panel upgrades or full rewiring, we schedule based on what the job requires. Either way, the rate is confirmed on the call before anything is booked.

What Happens When You Call

You shouldn't have to chase an electrician for answers, and the call is designed to be straightforward. Here is what to expect:

1. You describe what you are seeing, where it is in the home or building, and how long it has been going on.
2. We ask a few questions to understand the scope, whether that is a tripping breaker, a dead outlet, a panel that needs upgrading, or a new circuit for an EV charger.
3. We give you the rate before anything is scheduled, so you know what the visit covers before a licensed electrician shows up at the door.
4. We confirm the appointment and show up ready to work.

If the job turns out to involve something that was not visible on the call, we talk through it with you before any additional work starts. Nothing moves forward without your approval.
